Home - School Communication
These are held twice per year and are a valuable way in which you can keep abreast of your child’s progress.
• The first in October is primarily an opportunity to meet your child’s new teacher and share any important information which may have bearing on aspects such as seating position within the class etc.
• The second in February/March concentrates on progress to date and will give indications of personal/social development, curriculum performance and future strategies.
Other Points of Contact
Parents are regularly invited to attend school functions and services e.g. Christmas productions and services, Harvest festival, achievement assemblies (which are normally held each Friday at 9.00am) and to support any school fundraising activities that are organised.
A weekly newsletter is distributed on a Friday containing details of forthcoming events, requests for help etc, and contains information for specific classes on activities planned in the immediate future. Copies of letters/newsletters are available as a hard copy from the school office, and are also available here
